Collection, transport and delivery of letter post, dialogue mail and PZU. It is assumed that the bidders/bidding consortia make use of the services of Deutsche Post AG in accordance with § 11 para. 1 in conjunction with § 28 para. 1 PostG in the context of letter transport. This is expressly permitted, but not mandatory. In contrast to the basic provisions of the contracting authority's tender documents, the General Terms and Conditions of Deutsche Post AG shall apply to these partial services. Upon conclusion of the contract, these partial service contracts must be submitted.

Resignation offices within the meaning of § 181 ZPO are not subcontractors.

Expected start of contract: 01.10.2023

The postal items are to be franked by the contractor on his premises. The production and use of a cliché is also to be offered.
