The purpose of this contract notice is to define the conditions for the consultation on the supply of high-power electrical test equipment.
The scope of the market is broken down as follows:
• The firm tranche that corresponds to the supply of the Equipment
• The following optional tranches:
o Optional unit n°1: System scalability from 1.5 kV (minimum requirement) to 3.6 kV (maximum requirement)
o Optional tranche n°2: Scalability of the system to perform dynamic tests in "multiple pulse". From 6 pulses in hard-switching (minimum requirement) to 100+ pulses in hard-switching and soft-switching (Zero Voltage Switch & Zero Current Switch) (maximum requirement)
o Optional tranche n°3: Extension of the guarantee by 12 months, at the end of the second year of warranty.
On its Toulouse/Labège site, CEA Tech Occitanie has deployed technological platforms enabling it to carry out research and development and technology transfer activities, in conjunction with regional industrial and academic players.
Among these, the Electronic Power Platform carries out activities that are integrated into the context of the introduction of new Power materials (GaN, SiC...) and are oriented according to three axes: the electrical testing of Power components, the development of innovative power packaging and the development of disruptive power applications and architectures.
As part of the Wide band gap (WBG) power device testing activities, the Power Electronic Platform wishes to expand its testing capabilities of GaN and SiC power components and modules through the acquisition of high-power dynamic test equipment (1.2 kV – 1 kA).
The scope of the market is broken down as follows:
• The firm tranche that corresponds to the supply of the Equipment comprising:
o The manufacture of the equipment,
o Control at the place of manufacture of the Equipment
o The installation and commissioning of the Equipment on site,
o Support for CEA on-site tests,
o User training in the first-level use and maintenance of the Equipment,
o The warranty of the Equipment for two years.
• The following optional tranches:
o Optional unit n°1: System scalability from 1.5 kV (minimum requirement) to 3.6 kV (maximum requirement)
o Optional tranche n°2: Scalability of the system to perform dynamic tests in "multiple pulse". From 6 pulses in hard-switching (minimum requirement) to 100+ pulses in hard-switching and soft-switching (Zero Voltage Switch & Zero Current Switch) (maximum requirement)
o Optional tranche n°3: Extension of the guarantee by 12 months, at the end of the second year of warranty.
The execution of the optional tranches is subject to the decision of the CEA to strengthen them. This decision is notified to the Data Holders by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
The absence of an optional tranche does not give rise to any compensation to the Holder.
• The following options:
o Option 1 (optional): Scalability for component testing and GaN/Si power module
o Option 2 (optional): System scalability for power module testing incorporating decoupling capabilities
o Option n°3 (optional): Scalability to perform short-cirtcuit type 2 tests
o Option n°4 (optional): Transport according to the DAP Incoterm.
The CEA will decide whether or not to exercise the options at the signing of the contract. Any option exercised on this deadline will be deemed integrated into the Equipment.
Failure to exercise the options does not give rise to any compensation to the Holder.
