The tendered task concerns turnkey consultancy in connection with the realisation of renovation and maintenance works on the property Boligselskabetnes Hus.
The construction works include the following main elements:
- Complete roof replacement. The main features of the works include a new tiled roof with a fixed roof, replacement of insulation in the roof structure, renovation of dormers, new gutters and downpipes and post-insulation of flat roofs by roof terrace.
- New layout of roof terrace.
- Carpentry review and painting of all windows and doors on the property.
- Replacement of 2 ventilation units located on the pointed ceiling above the 6th floor.
- Post-insulation of heating pipes located in skunk rooms.
- Establishment of fire division of the tea-kitchen and stairwell
The financial framework of the task (construction costs) is DKK 17,625,000 excl. VAT incl. unforeseen expenses.
