The spatial database created in this project lays the foundation to put all mobility data, existing and future, into the context of the multimodal transport network. This helps automating the interpretation of incoming data and constitutes the first step of taking the ODM from a data aggregator to a "digital twin" (or, more accurately, a "digital shadow") of the transport system. By that, we mean a digital copy of the mobility system that updates autonomously with every new observation arriving from the real system
