The purpose of the project is the total rehabilitation of a building complex from 1870 and 1950 in order to accommodate a company restaurant with all its peripheral equipment and services on the ground floor, 1 er and 2 e basement. This rehabilitation also concerns the upper levels (modular tertiary spaces) covering the company restaurant and its annexes.

The real estate complex of the Bank's headquarters is located in Paris in the 1 er borough an important site bounded by the streets of Valois, Colonel Driant, rue Croix des Petits Champs and rue de la Vrillière.

The surface concerned by the works is approximately 12,000 m 2 .

In this context, the work to be carried out concerns:

- supply and installation and management of site installations common to all the lots and specific to the company;

- removal of materials (elevators, tank, etc.);

- additional cleaning of buildings after passage of the asbestos and lead removal lots;

—— plumbing (including EP and fire networks),

-- masonry,

—— coatings,

—— locksmith,

—— floor coverings (tiles, carpets, etc.),

—— waterproofing, insulation, protection,

—— etc.

- mass demolition;

- special demolition;

- demolition and removal of all buried parts located within the perimeter of existing constructions and up to 1 m below the last built level;

- supply and installation of scaffolding and protection necessary for the work of this lot;

- collection and transport to an approved public landfill site for all products from cleaning and demolition;

- realization of specific earthworks;

- construction of foundations;

- construction of infrastructure;

- realization of superstructures defined following plans:

—— beams,

—— stairs,

—— massive and diverse;

- realization of various masonry work:

—— walls, cinder block walls,

—— concrete block partitions,

—— coatings,

—— slope shapes,

—— screeds,

—— thermal insulation at the bottom of the formwork,

—— masonry of technical rooms,

—— connection works with adjoining buildings;

- elevators - freight elevators:

—— two 2000 kg freight elevators (two levels served);

—— two lifting devices 800 kg - 1000 kg for the staff (four levels served);

—— a lifting device 800 kg - 1000 kg for the staff (three levels served);

—— cabin decoration and signaling / control equipment according to architect's request.
