Technical services related to architecture and engineering, pursuant to art. 3, lett. vvvv), of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, concerning the coordination of safety in the execution phase (lot 1) as well as the testing during construction and final (lot 2), with reference to the intervention of «Structural and plant adaptations aimed at rationalizing the integration of the Polyclinic of the new DEA »at the IRCCS Policlinico S. Matteo Foundation in Pavia. The area affected by the project is located in Viale Emilio Golgi 19, Pavia. The tender procedure is divided into n. 2 lots, as described in the paragraph «Information on lots» of this invitation to tender.

Technical-administrative, static, construction and finishing testing and technical-functional testing of the installations (water, electricity and mechanical) in progress and final, including the technical accounting audit pursuant to art. 157 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, relating to the work related to the intervention of «Structural and plant adaptations aimed at rationalizing the General Hospital to integrate the new DEA». It is specified that the services referred to in this tender lot must be performed by n. 3 distinct professionals, who will constitute the commission of test: 1 static tester with functions of president; n.1 inspector of construction works and finishes; 1 plant inspector, all as better specified in the Performance Specifications - lot 2.
