The consultation is carried out with a view to concluding a multi-beneficiary framework agreement leading to the conclusion of subsequent contracts, as regulated by Articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-7 to R. 2162-12 of the code of the public order. The purpose of this framework agreement is to establish the terms governing the contracts to be awarded for the supply and transmission of natural gas to the PCE (Counting and Estimation Points) of buildings. The consultation is launched within the framework of a group of orders established for the supply and the transport of natural gas under the conditions detailed in article 1 of the consultation regulation and of which Brest Métropole is the coordinator. Framework agreement awarded following the open tendering procedure under the conditions detailed in Article 2 of the consultation rules.
The purpose of the framework agreement is to establish the terms governing the contracts to be awarded for the supply and transmission of natural gas to the PCE (Counting and Estimation Point) of the buildings for all the members of the grouping. This framework agreement will lead to the conclusion of subsequent contracts (contracts awarded under the framework agreement) after reopening of the framework agreement's bidders.
