The contract relates to the canteen service, according to the methods indicated in the Special Specifications, for pupils and teachers entitled to meals in the nursery and primary schools of Cervignano del Friuli, for users of the “V . Sarcinelli "and for the employees of the Municipality who use the canteen service.

The contract relates to the canteen service, according to the methods indicated in the Special Specifications, for pupils and teachers entitled to meals in the nursery and primary schools of Cervignano del Friuli, for users of the “V . Sarcinelli "and for the employees of the Municipality who use the canteen service, in the different phases of:

- food supply;

- preparation in "fresh-hot connection", cooking, packaging, transport, portioning and distribution of meals;

- preparation, rearrangement and cleaning of tables, chairs and floors in the canteen of the individual school complexes and the rest home;

- cleaning, tidying up and sanitizing kitchen equipment (worktops, food warmers, etc.), including cleaning the rooms and floors.

The service must also include the removal and delivery of waste according to the indications of the public collection service.
