1. The subject of the contract is the provision of substitute bus transport (ZKA) services provided by POLREGIO S.A. rail passenger transport, in connection with modernization works planned by PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A.

2. The expected mileage of buses without adding commuting (vain mileage) during the basic order period on the route Ełk-Sterławki Wielkie-Ełk is about 305 949.00 km.

3. During the performance of the contract, the Contracting Authority will have the right to exercise the right of option consisting in extending the section on which the Contractor will provide services in the manner described below:Substitute transport on the route: Kętrzyn- Sterławki Wielkie- Kętrzyn not earlier than from 03.09.2023-09.12.2023, Maximum number of kilometers-21,529.00
