This contract is part of the "public housing renovation plan 2020-2024" and concerns:

THE ENERGY RENOVATION OF 72 HOUSING UNITS (72 3-bedroom houses) at cité Leburton, known as Cité Blanche at 7110 Maurage.

Rue d'Italie N°28, N°32-44, N°50-58, n°65-71

Rue de Sicile N°2-6, N°1-19

Caltanissetta Street N°12-30, N°1-27

Rue d'Agrigento N°2-20

Trinacria Street N°2-16

The work will take place on a busy site.

On the occasion of this contract, the contracting authority wishes to:

- combating social dumping and social fraud;

- strengthen social cohesion and sustainable development by making an effort to provide training, integration or socio-professional integration through the use of a flexible social clause;

The contracting authority reserves the right to repeat similar works by negotiated procedure, in accordance with Article 42, § 1, 2 °, b), of the Law of 17/06/2016 on public procurement and this on all the heritage cities included in the 2020-2024 Renovation Plan of Centr'Habitat and whose list is detailed at the CSC.
