The services included in this tender include the following work in the new and old building of the construction project.

new building:

- leveling, pre-filling and filling of reinforced concrete slabs (approx. 1250 m²) and reinforced concrete walls (approx. 1600 m²)

- first painting of plastered walls (approx. 600 m²), filled reinforced concrete walls (approx. 1600 m²),

plasterboard walls (approx. 2000 m²) and plasterboard ceilings smooth and perforated (approx. 430 m²)

- coating of steel frame frames (9 pieces)

- coating as EP sealing of the floor coverings in the KG (approx. 310 m²)

Old house:

- coating of steel frame frames (12 pieces)

The installation of the building is carried out on site, right up to the roofing protection.

However, all transport and lifting operations must be provided by the AN himself, without any separate remuneration being paid.

There is little storage space on the building plot. If temporary storage conditions are required for the work, the client may provide (unsecured) areas within 1 km. This must be taken into account and inquire in good time in advance with the property monitoring.

It is assumed that the contractor can perform all services himself and involves the necessary subcontractors or enters into a working group.
