The assignment includes examining the scope and the characteristic of employees in teaching posts without approved teacher training in the basic training. C.f. § 10-1 in the Education Act The report shall contain analyses of the terms that must be present for possibly schemes or models for qualification measures for this group to be realistic and successful in order to contribute to recruitment to the teaching profession

The assignment shall not include employees in teaching posts that are qualified for PPU, PPU-y or YFL.
