DGA-TN-EM (83) - multi-technical operation and maintenance of installations in operational condition

This notice concerns a submission of applications. This contract is a framework agreement with single-award purchase orders, passed according to the restricted tender procedure, with references to articles R. 2324-2 and R. 2361-2 to R. 2361-7 of the French public order. The framework agreement includes a minimum amount of EUR 40,000 excluding tax over seven years and with no maximum amount. This framework agreement brings together all the services necessary for the operation, maintenance, maintenance in operational condition and periodic verification of the installations and equipment of the buildings of DGA TN and DGA EM outside island sites. The sites attached to DGA TN and DGA EM are:

- Toulon: Mourillon, Pipady, Tourris, Coudon;

- Saint-Mandrier (Cannier and Sesda).

The services for the benefit of the supported entities will be distributed over approximately 230 buildings for approximately 65,000 m 2 useful area and 83,000 m 2 from SHOD. The draft framework agreement is sensitive in accordance with article 78 of IGI 1300 (it is important to consult section III.1.4) and to download appendix 2). It is divided into two stages, the first concerns the choice of candidates and the second, the invitation of selected candidates to submit an offer (consultation letters will be sent via PLACE to the email addresses used by candidates for the submission of applications ). The consultation documents are not downloadable, they will be sent later to the selected candidates.
