The assignment includes:
• Regular cleaning maintenance
• Periodic cleaning
• Periodic floor maintenance
• Glass wash
• Deliver materials/resources/machines for the two locations where in-house staff are employees
• Replacement for leave and/or illness of self-employed employees
Outside the assignment:
• Supply sanitation
You must base your enrollment on the cleaning program listed in Appendix G. You must also take into account staff offered for purchase by the current supplier in your registration (see Appendix H).
It is a three-year agreement. After these years, the Client has the opportunity to extend the agreement seven more times for one year.
Concerns 14 locations, of which 2 locations will be added to the agreement later.
