Climate-KIC Group of companies (Association, Holding and its subsidiaries) is seeking to appoint External Auditors. The Contract will be for an initial period of up to 4 years, renewable annually by the General Meeting. Renewal would be dependent on satisfactory performance during the previous year’s audit. The Authority will also have an option to extend the contract by up to a further 4 years, at the sole option and discretion of the Authority based on satisfactory performance. To include: planning, management and execution of annual external audit of Climate-KIC Group of companies; provide an audit opinion on the financial reports; reporting on external audit progress; and, provision of an assessment as to whether Climate-KIC’s financial statements have been properly prepared. On an ad-hoc basis, Climate-KIC may request additional services from the provider, such as special investigations or consultancy.
