The object of the order is the successive delivery of orthopedic implants and endoprostheses. Each of the packages is a separate item of the order. The Contracting Authority shall allow partial tenders for one or more parts (packages). The offer for the package must include all items. The Contractor may offer only medical devices authorised for marketing and use in accordance with the Act of dn.20V 2010r. on medical devices (Journal of Laws 2021r, item 1565). The expiry date of the implants delivered must be at least 12 mcy from the date of delivery to the Ordering Party. Implants must have permanent markings to identify them (product and manufacturer). The components of the implants constituting a functional set (endoprosthesis) must come from the same manufacturer.
