Service for the management, management and monitoring of CATI interviews, including related and instrumental services as detailed in the tender documentation, for the realization of the agriculture census for the year 2020 - CIG n. 8092630988.

The contract relates to the awarding of the following services:

a) realization of about n. 348 0000 CATI interviews of which:

- about n. 100,000 inbound interviews (around 40,000 to be conducted directly through inbound operators and around 60,000 passable to outbound interviewers),

- about n. 248,000 outbound interviews;

b) services connected and instrumental to the execution of the service, all as better described in the tender documentation.

The interviews are of 2 types:

1) interviews with units already on the census list, about n. 313 200 (type A);

2) interviews with units that are duplicated or transformed with respect to those already present in the census list, about n. 34 800 (type B), as better described in the technical specifications.

The security charges associated with interference risks are EUR 0.

The tender amount includes labor costs, estimated at EUR 4 600 000.00.

Unit amount per interview based on the tender discount: EUR 24 excluding VAT for the type A interview. For type B interviews ISTAT will pay 20% of the contractual price of the type A interview.

The unit prices include the services connected and instrumental to the execution of the interviews described in the technical specifications.
