Lewisham Council and Lewisham CCG are seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably experienced providers for Integrated Prevention and Recovery Services. The tender exercise will be carried out using the Restricted Procedure. For the first stage tenderers are requested to complete the Standard Selection Questionnaire only. This will be evaluated and those tenderers that are deemed to have sufficient experience and shortlisted will invited to complete full tender documents.
A contract will be awarded for a duration of 3 years for the maximum sum of 1 722 000 GBP. There will be an option to extend by an additional 2 years at the Council's discretion. If the option to extend is realised the maximum total contract value will be 2 870 000 GBP.
Integrated Prevention and Recovery Services:
Lewisham CCG and the London Borough of Lewisham is re-commissioning its voluntary sector mental health services. The majority of people with a mental health issue live independently without interventions from statutory and or specialist mental health services. However there are times in their lives where mental health interventions is required.
Lewisham CCG and the London Borough of Lewisham is seeking an outstanding Integrated Mental Health Prevention and Recovery service that will prioritise people in the community who are not under the care of a statutory and or specialists mental health service. The service will provide:
— simple and speedy access to appropriate mental health interventions,
— a tailored treatment / care plan to meet the services users specific needs,
— a range of interventions coping strategies to support the service users.
To manage their mental health issue in the community.
The commissioning authority would welcome tenders from a single provider or a partnership between providers in delivering this Integrated Prevention and Recovery Service.
