The subject of the contract is: the provision of transport services in the field of transporting students from the Municipality of the City of Gdańsk to educational institutions and special schools in the school year 2022/2023. The subject of the contract has been divided into 3 tasks.
Task 1 – Transporting students to institutions in Gdańsk – area A (Delivery of approx. 109 students to a minimum of 3 primary schools and primary school complexes in Gdańsk: SP69, SP82, ZKPiP in Gdańsk-Sobieszewo)
Task 2 – Transporting students to institutions in Gdańsk – area B (Delivery of approx. 111 students to a minimum of 1 primary school in Gdańsk: SP40)
Task 3 – Transporting students with disabilities to an institution in Gdańsk (Transport of approx. 20 students to a special institution in the Municipality of the City of Gdańsk: SOSW No. 2)

• The Ordering Party requires the employment of one driver under a contract of employment by the Contractor
and one caregiver for one vehicle. The Ordering Party assumes that a minimum of 3 vehicles - BUSES, one for each facility will be necessary to provide this service.
• The transport contractor will provide services every day on school days and according to the schedule of transport and the method of transferring students agreed with the director of a given educational institution. The Contractor shall inform GCUW in writing of the agreed timetable, as set out in the model contract.
• The Contractor shall establish collection points for each of the schools, of which it shall inform in writing the Management of the educational establishment concerned and/or the parents of the pupils/ or students.
• The Contractor's task will be to determine the optimal route based on the information provided by the contracting authority (the addresses of the institutions and the data of the students will be provided after signing the contract with the contractor).
Maximum annual number of kilometers: 25,000 km.
Expected number of daily trips: 12, including 5 deliveries and 7 deliveries (one facility works in shifts).
By "course" the customer understands a single journey from point A to point B, i.e. one carriage or one delivery.

• The Ordering Party requires the employment of one driver under a contract of employment by the Contractor
and one caregiver for one vehicle. The Ordering Party assumes that a minimum of 4 vehicles with a maximum number of seats will be necessary to provide this service. 25 people together with the driver and guardian.
• The transport contractor will provide services every day on school days and according to the schedule of transport and the method of transferring students agreed with the director of a given educational institution. The Contractor shall inform GCUW in writing of the agreed timetable, as set out in the model contract.
• The Contractor shall establish collection points for each of the schools, of which it shall inform in writing the Management of the educational establishment concerned and/or the parents of the pupils/ or students.
• The Contractor's task will be to determine the optimal route based on the information provided by the contracting authority (the addresses of the institutions and the data of the students will be provided after signing the contract with the contractor).

The expected number of daily courses: 14, including 7 deliveries and 7 deliveries (the facility works in shifts).

• The Ordering Party requires the employment of one driver under a contract of employment by the Contractor
and one caregiver for one vehicle. The Ordering Party assumes that 3 vehicles adapted to the transport of disabled people will be necessary to provide this service.
• The transport contractor will provide services every day on school days and according to the schedule of transport and the method of transferring students agreed with the director of a given educational institution. The Contractor shall inform GCUW in writing of the agreed timetable, as set out in the model contract.
• The Contractor shall establish collection points, as informed in writing by the Directorate of the educational institution and/or the parents of the students.
• The Contractor's task will be to determine the optimal route based on the information provided by the contracting authority (the addresses of the institutions and the data of the students will be provided after signing the contract with the contractor).
Maximum annual number of kilometers: 29 000 km.
Expected daily number of trips: 6, including 3 deliveries and 3 deliveries
