The subject of the contract is the order to provide services consisting in driving public transport vehicles (trams and buses), which are at the disposal of the Ordering Party, in accordance with the requirements and orders of the Ordering Party and the principles of transport services, including the performance of other activities, directly and inseparably related to the driving of public transport vehicles, in particular such as: delivery and acceptance activities and keeping relevant documentation. Total number of man-hours - not less than 7000 per month. Drivers and drivers will not be permanently assigned either to vehicles or to lines. Drivers and drivers will have access to the social rooms of the Ordering Party. Requirements and orders of the Ordering Party and the rules of transport services, including a description of other activities directly and inseparably related to the driving of public transport vehicles, in particular such as handover and acceptance activities and keeping documentation.

2. The requirements and orders of the Ordering Party and the rules of transport services, including a description of other activities directly and inseparably related to the driving of public transport vehicles, in particular such as handover and acceptance activities and keeping relevant documentation, the performance of which will also fall within the scope of the subject of the contract, have been included in the draft contract constituting Annex 9 to the SWZ (and in the annexes to it).

3.Us Driving services will also be provided at night, on all days of the week – also on Sundays and holidays.
