Proceedings aimed at concluding framework agreements conducted pursuant to Article 311(1)(1) of the Act of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws 2022.1710, i.e. of 2022.08.16), hereinafter referred to as "Public Procurement Law", in accordance with the applicable provisions regarding the award of a contract in the open tender procedure with an estimated value exceeding the amount of the contract value specified in the regulations issued on the basis of Article 3(2) of the Public Procurement Law. Maximum number of Contractors with whom the Contracting Authority will conclude framework agreements: 10 Contractors. The purpose of the framework agreement is to establish the conditions for contracts that may be awarded during the term of the framework agreement (i.e. from the date of its conclusion until 31.12.2024), in particular the maximum prices per man-day of the accreditation visit.
Conclusion of framework agreements for accreditation reviews in hospitals by lead inspectors (leader) in the period from the date of conclusion of the agreement to 31.12.2024. Whenever reference is made to an "accreditation visit" or "accreditation review", this term should be understood as a review of the entity providing health services in terms of meeting accreditation standards, specified in the Act on accreditation in health care of 6 November 2008 (Journal of Laws 2016.2135, i.e.) and in the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 31 August 2009 on the procedure assessing compliance by the entity providing health services with accreditation standards and the amount of fees for its implementation (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1738). The contracting authority provides for a maximum of 80 accreditation reviews to be carried out under the framework agreement. The given number is an estimate, and the actual number of inspections carried out will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party. Each review will last a maximum of 3 days.
