The object of the order is the design and construction of a single-track railway line no. 621 Kalwaria Zebrzydowska Północ — Kalwaria Zebrzydowska West on the section from km of 0,000 to km 0.446 in the scope of construction of a railway embankment, track system with routes and drainage, engineering facilities , railway traffic control equipment, traction power, power generation up to 1 kV, power generation LPN, telecommunications, sanitation industry. The planned railway line number 621 will be included in line 97 at km 20,935, while line 117 at km 1,283.

The implementation of the task of “Construction of the connector in Kalwaria Zebrzydowska within railway lines no. 97 Skawina—Żywiec and no. 117 Kalwaria Zebrzydowska Lanckorona — Bielsko Biała Główna” will be carried out under the “project and construction” system under the General Terms of the FIDIC contract — “Conditions for equipment and construction with design for electrical and mechanical equipment and construction and engineering works designed by the contractor” Cosmopoli Consultants, English-Polish edition 2000, translation of the first edition of FIDIC 1999, and the special conditions of the contract specified contract.

As part of the basic contract completed for line 97, the design documentation (construction project) has been developed and administrative decisions have been obtained for the implementation of this contract, which are annexes to this study in accordance with paragraph 2.2.2.

For the scope of works for which the contracting authority has not obtained administrative decisions for the implementation of these works, the contractor within the accepted contract amount:

It will develop the design documentation, together with obtaining a construction permission/modification of the construction permit and other required administrative decisions, opinions, arrangements, conditions and permits necessary for the implementation of the works;

It will carry out the scope of works in question;

It shall assess the conformity of each structural subsystem falling within the scope of the contract at each stage (design, construction and final tests of the subsystem) for the scope of works in question.

The entire subject of the contract includes the implementation of:

1) design documentation necessary for the proper performance of all construction works and obtaining for it all the required opinions, arrangements, approvals, conditions, decisions and permits necessary to implement the subject of the contract;

2) all construction works in accordance with the scope of the contract on the basis of the contractor and approved by the contracting officer of the design documentation referred to in point 1 above, and all preparatory works necessary for the performance of the scope of the contract and any activities. required by law;

3. Conformity assessment of each structural subsystem falling within the scope of the contract at each stage (design, construction and final tests of the subsystem).

The order includes the design and execution of works in the field of construction of a railway embankment, a track system including switches and drainage, engineering facilities, railway traffic control equipment, traction power, power generation up to 1 kV, power generation LPN, telecommunications, sanitation industry.

The Contracting Authority points out that the whole object of the contract should be carried out in accordance with the SWZ, the provisions of the common law, the regulations of the contracting authority, the standards, the principles of technical knowledge and the construction art.
