The subject of the contract is the successive purchase and delivery of only standard diesel oil (class B.D, F) in the amount of 190,000 L to the tanks of the Ordering Party's service stations for the Ordering Party's own needs of used vehicles and machinery

1. The subject of the contract is the successive purchase and delivery of only standard diesel oil (class B.D, F) in the amount of 190,000 L to the tanks of the Ordering Party's service stations for the Ordering Party's own needs of used vehicles and machinery.

2.The supplied diesel fuel shall meet all the quality requirements set out in: a) regulations issued on the basis of Article 3, section 2, point 1 and Article 5 of the Act of 25 August 2006 on the system of monitoring and controlling the quality of fuels (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 660) and in particular in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680, as amended), b) current Polish Standards: PN-EN 590 for diesel oil; (c) as well as comply with the standards and regulations amended during the delivery

3. Diesel oil will be ordered by the Ordering Party as part of unit orders successively as part of its needs.

4. Diesel oil will be supplied by the Contractor to the tanks of the petrol station located in Bystrzyca Kłodzka, 11 Nadbrzeżna Street (Forest Services Department).

5. Delivery will be made to an order placed by fax, telephone or e-mail in the amount indicated by the Ordering Party, within the time limit indicated by the Ordering Party. Deliveries will be collected from 7.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. (Monday to Friday).

6. The supplied diesel oil will be accounted for by the Contractor in actual quantities
