This assignment concerns the supply of hardware and presentation tools, divided over two lots. The contracting authority, consisting of Greijdanus College and Florion together, wishes to conclude one (1) framework agreement per lot with one (1) supplier, of which the initial term is three (3) years, with the option of a maximum of one (1) times two (2) year extension. Therefore, the duration of the framework contracts will not exceed five (5) years.

The estimated annual hardware purchases are as follows:

- pcs fifty pcs,

- Chrome and Winbooks 1 800 pieces,

- laptops fifty pieces,

- tablets fifty pieces,

- screens fifty pieces,

- keyboards 100 pieces,

- computer mice 100 pcs.

The estimated annual decrease in presentation materials is as follows:

- interactive screens twenty pieces,

- beamers fifty pieces.
