The assignment concerns the delivery and installation of an immune hematology analyzer with associated peripheral equipment in the Imelda Hospital in Bonheiden.
The total desired platform must consist of:
- an automatic immune hematology analyzer on which the following tests are at least possible: ABO/D blood type, rhesus antigens (incl. Kell), extensive antigen determination, screening and identification of irregular antibodies, cross-test, direct antiglobulin test (= DAT) (screening and typing)
- peripherals to provide a backup system to also in emergency situations, during maintenance,... to be able to provide 24/7 operationality for urgent samples
- software and/or middleware that allows bidirectional linking with the LIS (Glims), including licenses
The contractor provides the programming of the device, the connection with the LIS (possibly via mediumware), the commissioning, the validation and implementation.
The contract includes the supply of reagents and a maintenance contract for the entire term.
During the warranty period of at least 2 years, an omnium maintenance contract will be provided that is entirely at the expense of the provider.
The initial duration of the contract is 8 years, twice tacitly renewable for one year each.
