The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services for internal and external surfaces of the Courts at ul. Terespolska 15A in Warsaw and part of the internal surfaces in the building at ul. Oatiana 12 in Warsaw. Cleaning services include:

1) maintaining cleanliness as part of the daytime and afternoon service of the internal and external surfaces of the Courts at ul. Terespolska 15A in Warsaw;

2) maintaining cleanliness as part of the daytime and afternoon service of part of the internal surfaces (office, sanitary and social rooms) used by employees of the Courts of the Court Service in the building at ul. Owsiana 12 in Warsaw;

3) window cleaning along with window frames and external window sills;

4) removing snow, icicles and ice as well as snow overhangs from the roof of the Sądów building at ul. Terespolska 15A in Warsaw;

5) cleaning carpets in the building of Sądów at ul. Terespolska 15A in Warsaw;

6) manual transport of heavy objects, as required.

The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services for internal and external surfaces of the Courts at ul. Terespolska 15A in Warsaw and part of the internal surfaces in the building at ul. Oatiana 12 in Warsaw.

Cleaning services include:

1) maintaining cleanliness as part of the daytime and afternoon service of the internal and external surfaces of the Courts at ul. Terespolska 15A in Warsaw, in which the District Court for Warsaw-Praga-Południe and the District Court for Warsaw-Praga-Północ in Warsaw have their headquarters;

2) maintaining cleanliness as part of the daytime and afternoon service of part of the internal surfaces (office, sanitary and social rooms) used by employees of the Courts of the Court Service in the building at ul. Owsiana 12 in Warsaw;

3) window cleaning along with window frames and external window sills - not more than twice during the contract period;

4) removing snow, icicles and ice as well as snow overhangs from the roof of the Sądów building at ul. Terespolska 15A in Warsaw, depending on the needs of the Employer - not more than once during the contract period;

5) cleaning carpets in the building of Sądów at ul. Terespolska 15A in Warsaw, depending on the needs of the Employer - not more than once during the contract period;

6) manual transport of heavy objects, depending on the needs of the Employer - no more than 20 man-hours during the contract period.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in the Contract template (Annex 6 to the ToR).

For the proper performance of the service (applies to courts at 15A Terespolska St. and the building at 12 Owsiana St.), the Employer requires a total of at least 38 people, including:

a) at least 6 people to provide day service (including 1 person to clean the external area of the property at 15A Terespolska St.);

b) at least 31 people to provide the cleaning service from 16:30 (on Mondays from 18:30) and no later than by 7:00 the next day;

c) at least 1 person (Supervision Inspector) to supervise on behalf of the Contractor the quality of services rendered by cleaning staff.
