The subject of the contract is a long-term lease (60 months) of 2 tractor units (tractor units) adapted to pull and unload semi-trailers with a movable floor

The vehicle cannot be a prototype, it is intended to come from serial production and comply with the applicable standards and regulations in Poland.

3.2. The vehicle cannot be a prototype, it is to come from serial production and meet the standards and legal regulations in force in Poland.

3.3. The Contractor must be an authorized dealer / partner and service of the manufacturer of the offered vehicle.

3.4. The vehicle is to meet the following conditions of the year of manufacture of the vehicle min. 2022, brand new, free from construction, material, workmanship and legal defects with a paid package of motor insurance OC, NNW, AC, tax on means of transport.

3.5. The Ordering Party shall set the annual mileage limit at the level of 100000 km/year.
