The contracting authority replaces its server infrastructure and migrates to a collaborative solution.

The purpose of this contract is, therefore, to:

— provide server equipment (virtualization and backup) of the contracting authority,

— provide the necessary licenses: virtualization and backup,

— implement means of backup and recovery,

— virtualize the application servers of the contracting authority,

— set up and publish Civadis applications on the RDS server (Terminal Server),

— creating a domain and moving users to that domain,

— copy AD accounts to Azure AD

— provision of Microsoft 365 licenses,

— transfer of data to the new cloud-based file server,

— transfer of mailboxes to the email solution of the collaborative suite.
