1) The subject of the contract is the provision of a service for the collection of solid municipal waste generated in households from the area of the Municipal Commune in Chodzież (hereinafter referred to as the Commune), excluding waste related to business operations. The subject of the contract includes residential properties and other waste collection points specified in Annex 11-13 to the ToR.

a) Mixed municipal waste and green waste collected from residents will be forwarded directly to the Regional Municipal Waste Processing Installation (for Region I) entered in the Waste Management Plan for the Wielkopolskie Voivodship for 2016-2022 along with the investment plan adopted by Resolution No. XXXI / 810 / 2017 Sejmik of the Wielkopolska Voivodship of 29/05/2017 or substitute installations for the aforementioned region I in the absence of waste management by the regional installation.

b) Sorted municipal waste, the Contractor manages on his own by handing it over directly or through another waste collector to a waste recovery or disposal facility, in accordance with the waste hierarchy specified in applicable law.

c) The contractor will also collect and manage municipal waste delivered by owners of real estate resident at PSZOK.

d) The subject of the contract will be implemented through the organization of selective collection of municipal waste from residential areas, built-up with single-family, multi-family and multi-family buildings.

e) Municipal waste collection will be divided into:

- mixed unsorted waste (waste code 20 03 01),

- metal and plastic packaging waste and multi-material packaging waste (codes 150101, 150102, 150104, 150105, 150106),

- segregated waste - glass (code 150107, 200102),

- segregated waste - paper and cardboard (code 150101, 200101),

- biodegradable green waste with particular emphasis on bio-waste (code 200108),

- hazardous waste - expired drugs (codes 200131, 200132),

- municipal waste including: waste electrical and electronic equipment, chemicals (e.g. paints, varnishes, plant protection products), spent batteries, cells and batteries, tires, furniture and other bulky waste (codes 200127, 200128, 200136, 200135, 200133 , 200134, 200128, 200129, 200130, 200307, 160103),

- construction and demolition waste from minor renovation works for which no decisions of the building authority are required, e.g. building permits or the form of notification of construction works (code 170101, 170102, 170103, 170504, 170107, 170180, 170201,200137,200138).
