1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of equipment for the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer under the multiannual program "National Oncology Strategy" to the extent specified in the Terms of Reference.
Task # 1:
- VIDEOBRONCHOSCOPE type I – 2 pcs.
- VIDEOBRONCHOSCOPE type II – 5 pcs.
Task # 2:
- VIDEOBRONCHOSCOPE type III – 2 pcs.
2. The subject matter of the contract offered must be released for marketing and use in accordance with
accordance with applicable laws. The subject of the contract must comply with the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices.
3. The offered equipment must have the necessary approvals, CE certificates and declarations of conformity.
4. The delivered subject of the order must have the necessary documents, instructions and guarantees
in Polish.
5. The delivered item of the order is brand new, complete and functional, has no defects
and is ready to be used as intended without additional purchases of parts and accessories.
