This consultation concerns an operating market for collective heating installations (consisting of one boiler room and four sub-stations) type MCI, for the ASL Balzac located in Ermont (95120), for the production of heating and domestic hot water comprising all or part of the following services:

1) supply of energy;

(2) operation of facilities and minor maintenance work, namely, driving, monitoring, adjustment, routine maintenance, small repairs and small supplies;

3) Large maintenance and renewal of equipment.
