The tender concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement for the provision of service and maintenance of lifts.
This tender concerns the conclusion of a nationwide four-year framework agreement for the provision of elevator services to social housing associations affiliated with AlmenProcurement.
The tender includes service and maintenance of already established elevators throughout Denmark, as well as elevators that may be added during the term of the framework agreement.
The tender covers:
• Delivery and operation of remote monitoring of elevators and calls in case of operational disruptions.
• Service of elevators, including both maintenance fees and additional repair costs including spare parts.
All established remote monitoring systems on existing elevators are open systems that can be freely taken over.
The contract will be concluded with AlmenProcurement, as an overall framework agreement with one supplier. The framework agreement can be used by the organisations, including administrative organisations, housing associations and departments, listed in Appendix 1 of the tender documents.
The expected and maximum value of the Framework Agreement is calculated at DKK 25,000,000 excl. VAT. When the maximum value is reached, the maximum value is automatically extended by 50%, unless the Ordering Entity has previously terminated the Framework Agreement.
