The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") covering works in the field of nursery and seed as well as hunting and meadow and agricultural management to be performed in the area of the Milicz Forest District in 2023.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on Forests") including works in the field of nursery and seed production, to be carried out in the Milicz Forest District in 2023.

The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of nursery and seed production resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Appendix No. 2.1. – planned size of works;

Appendix No. 2.2. - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and locations;

The material scopes listed in the annexes included in Annex 2 are estimates.

Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.

The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of these services will not exceed 50% of the contract value. 3.8. The orders referred to in point 3.7 will consist in the repetition of services consistent with the services constituting the subject of this contract and services similar to them in the technological aspect of their performance. The material scope of services being the subject of contracts referred to in point 3.7. will cover works in the field of nursery including activities indicated generically in Annex 2 to SWZ, which result from forest management plans in force in the administrative area of the Milicz Forest District or which in connection with guaranteeing proper forest management have become necessary to be performed as a result of or in connection with natural events, climatic or atmospheric.
