The subject of the contract are successive deliveries to the Central School of the State Fire Service in Częstochowa:
PART I: cold cuts and sausage products, the detailed assortment and quantity list of which is attached as Annex 1.A to the tender specifications. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1.1.A to the SWZ.

Cold cuts and sausage productsThe subject of the contract are successive deliveries to the Central School of the State Fire Service in Częstochowa:
PART I: cold cuts and sausage products, the detailed assortment and quantity list of which is attached as Annex 1.A to the tender specifications. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1.1.A to the SWZ.
1. The quantities listed in Annex 1.A are maximum quantities and may be reduced in the event of situations which the Ordering Party could not have foreseen in advance.
2. The subject of the contract specified above must meet the requirements contained in the SWZ and the annexes attached to it.
3. The minimum value of goods that the Ordering Party undertakes to purchase under the concluded contracts is:
For Part I: PLN 150,000.00 gross.
4. Place of order execution - delivery of goods to the canteen in the Ordering Party, i.e. the Central School of PSP in Częstochowa, Sabinowska 62/64.
5. Required payment deadline – 30 days from the date of receipt of the subject of the contract confirmed by the GIN document and delivery of the invoice. In the case of more than one delivery per week, the Seller will issue a collective invoice for this period.
6. The rate of tax on goods and services is specified for individual items of the subject of the contract in Annexes 1.A to swz, in accordance with
with the Act on tax on goods and services, of 11.03.2004.
7. The goods offered for sale should be fresh and in the first grade.
8. Transport, delivery to the place and unloading shall be provided by the Contractor free of charge.
9. The contracting authority does not provide for the obligation for the contractor to carry out an on-site inspection and to check by the contractor the documents necessary for the performance of the contract available on the spot at the contracting authority.
