The subject of the contract includes, in particular: 1) collection, transport and delivery to the Municipal Installation, i.e. Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej – Krośnieński Holding Komunalny Sp. z o.o. of municipal waste specified in paragraph 3.6 point 1) and point 3) letter a). 2) collection, transport and management of municipal waste referred to in paragraph 3.6 points 2) and 3 b), i.e. recovery or disposal, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill, referred to in the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297 from late. died.); 3) waste management, i.e. recovery or disposal, should be in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular with the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 697, as amended), the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297, as amended), The Waste Management Plan for the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, and the resolution of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship Sejmik on the implementation of the Waste Management Plan for the Podkarpackie Voivodeship.
