RF requires a new solution to improve on the existing systems and to put in place a robust, digital platform for the future. The proposed solution will act as an enabler for change and also deliver substantial financial and non-financial benefits for RF.

There are 2 lots within this procurement process:

Lot 1

HR/Payroll system (including recruitment and expenses) with data all in 1 single source Database and integration to Sun Financials.

Lot 2

All in 1 business management solution (HR, Payroll and Finance) with data in 1 single source Database.

RF is carrying out the procurement process using the open procedure in accordance with Regulation 27.

RF is using a four stage process to select its Preferred Bidder. Economic Operators are invited to submit a response using the Response Schedule. Tenders will be evaluated in order to identify the Preferred Bidder, using the Evaluation Criteria set out in Schedule 2.
