1. The subject of the contract includes the delivery of 17 brand new hybrid public transport buses in 2023 for PKM, Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gliwice, whose technical conditions are presented in detail in point 4 of SWZ.

2. The description of the subject of the contract is specified in the proposed provisions of the contract - point 17 SWZ.

3. The contracting authority requires that in the supply in question the share of goods originating in the Member States of the European Union, countries with which the European Union has concluded agreements on equal treatment of entrepreneurs, or countries to which the provisions of Directive 2014/25/EU apply by virtue of the Council decision, is every

at least 50%. The contracting authority will reject a bid that does not meet this requirement (pursuant to Article 393(1)(4) of the PPL).

1. The Ordering Party requires that the delivered vehicles meet at least the requirements and conditions set out in point 4.4 of the SWZ.

2. Regardless of the conditions specified in point 4.4 of the SWZ, the Ordering Party requires that the delivered vehicles, meeting the requirements for low-floor buses specified in the Regulations No. 107 - have additional features indicated in point 4.5 of the SWZ.

3. The Contracting Authority shall require that buses meet the requirements of the EURO VI pollution emission standard set out in Regulation No 595/2009 shall be delivered.

4. The contracting authority requires every bus offered to be already deployed for serial production, i.e. not a prototype or unit product.

5. The offered buses should absolutely have a valid "Vehicle Type Approval Certificate" or "EC Vehicle Type Approval Certificate", together with attachments, issued in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular on the basis of the Road Traffic Law and the Minister's Regulation

Transport, Construction and Maritime Affairs on vehicle type-approval; if the documents in question are drawn up in a language other than Polish, the Contractor shall submit them together with a translation into Polish.
