The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties located in the Świedziebnia Commune and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Świedziebnia in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and limiting the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill in accordance with applicable law.
