The Norwegian Public Service Pension Fund, hereafter called SPK, invites tenderers to a qualification for participation in a negotiated procedure for the procurement of a competition management tool (hereafter CMT) and a contract administration tool (hereafter CAT).

The procurement shall ensure SPK's access to an electronic tool that supports public procurement processes and contract administration.
