Traffic implementation for the general public: Passenger transport in local rail passenger transport (SPNV) for the operation of lines RE 19 (Düsseldorf – Wesel – Arnhem / Bocholt), RB 35 (Mönchengladbach – Gelsenkirchen), RB 37 (Krefeld – Neuss (until December 2027)) as well as special services on electrified routes in North Rhine-Westphalia for the period from the timetable change in December 2023 to the timetable change in December 2035.

The service volume comprises approx. 2.8 million ZugKm p.a. in operating stage 1 until December 2027 and approx. 2.7 million ZugKm p.a. in operating stage 2 from December 2027.
