This contract includes two lots:

Lot 1: audit and accounting expertise in the field of film distribution in cinemas.

This involves in particular:

- audits on the financial, accounting and legal situation of companies applying for selective distribution aid that the CNC can grant in the context of its financial support for the film industry;

- participation in preparatory and committee meetings; and, on an ad hoc basis, specific studies - in connection with accounting - within the framework of cinematographic regulations in the field of film distribution in cinemas.

Lot 2: audit and accounting expertise in the field of cinema theaters.

It is a question of carrying out, in the framework of the procedure of assistance to the rooms maintaining a difficult programming vis-a-vis the competition, in particular: the hearing of the operators; the expertise of room accounts; if necessary, in-depth expertise.
