The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement in the form of an operational leasing contract for an instrument, with the accompanying software and a framework agreement for consumables (test kits), for detecting somatic mutations in the genes EGFR, BRAF, KIT, PDGFRA, PIK3CA, KRAS and NRAS via deep sequencing The system must also be flexible for analysing other mutations.

The discipline is developing quickly and the contracting authority would like a flexible method that can open for testing new genes in the contract period.

The instrument shall be used by the pathology department at the Laboratory Clinic. There will be an estimated 600-800 analyses of patient samples per annum. Full operation is expected to be achieved after year 1.
