1. The subject of the contract is “Receipt and development of municipal waste from inhabited properties located within the municipality Nieplwica Duża and the collection and development of municipal waste from the Selective Collection Point of Municipal Waste”.
2. The subject of the order includes:
1) receiving and landscaping of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited property located within the municipality Nieplwica Duża,
2) the collection and management of municipal waste from a selective municipal waste collection point located on the site of the wastewater treatment plant in Nieplwica Duża at Górki 43 A Street,
3) receiving and zoning municipal waste from bell-type containers.
3. As at 31.08.2023, the number of residential properties from which waste was collected is 3 419. The number of people living as of 31.08.2023 is 10 567 people. The assumed amount of waste to be collected and managed during the contract execution period is 2 350.00 Mg.

3. As at 31.08.2023, the number of residential properties from which waste was collected is 3 419. The number of people living as of 31.08.2023 is 10 567 people. The assumed amount of waste to be collected and managed during the term of the contract is 2 350,00 Mg - this amount may change. The Ordering Party specifies the total amount of waste to be collected and managed during the contract completion period at a minimum level of 1,500 Mg.

5. The order should be executed, in particular, in accordance with the contract, the model of which is attached as Annex 12 to the SWZ.
