The procurement is a coordinated procurement between the Swedish Prosecution Authority, 201200-0084 and the Swedish Economic Crime Authority, 202100-4979

The goal of the procurement is to sign framework agreements for each Authority. The purpose of the procurement is to procure the delivery of film productions, primarily of educational and information films.

The Swedish Prosecution Authority, organization number 201200-0084, invites candidates to participate in the procurement of film production. The procurement takes place in two (2) steps through a restricted procedure in accordance with Chapter 6. Section 3 (2016:1145) on public procurement (LOU).

The procurement is a coordinated procurement between the Swedish Prosecution Authority, 201200-0084 and the Swedish Economic Crime Authority, 202100-4979, where the Swedish Prosecution Authority is the coordinating authority.

The goal of the procurement is to sign a framework agreement with, if possible, up to three ranked (3) suppliers, provided that there are so many suppliers that proceed in the procurement process. The authorities will enter into agreements with the same suppliers according to the same ranking.

The purpose of the procurement is to meet the authorities' need for qualitative and stable delivery of film productions, primarily of educational and information films.

There are both internal and external target groups for the films and the target group within the authorities for the films/productions may vary.

Internal target groups: Government employees such as prosecutors, prosecutor administrators, managers, management and support functions consisting of employees at the departments of Human Resources, Communications, Finance, IT and more.

External groups: Students, schoolchildren and the general public.

The films may be filmed both in Stockholm and in the rest of the country.

Agreement Term

Preliminary contract start for the agreement is autumn 2023. The agreement shall be valid for one (1) year with possible automatic renewal of 1+1+1 years. The agreement period may not exceed a total of four (4) years.
