This procurement is being made by Hitra Municipality.

All communication with the contracting authority must go through the contracting authority's tender management tool (KGV). This also applies to questions and answers.

Hitra Municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer. The total scope of the assignments that will be awarded in the contract period, is expected to be a total of approx. NOK 10 million - NOK 15 million per year excluding VAT.

Please note that there is some uncertainty around the contract's volume. Previous experience suggests that the demand can vary up or down from year to year.

The contracting authority will have the full right to go outside this framework agreement and hold independent contests for individual projects that altogether, including architectural and consultancy services and complete execution and contract work, are estimated to exceed NOK 250,000 excluding VAT. The tenderer will be able to participate in the contest for such assignments.

The contract is for 2 years with a unilateral option for HK to extend for 1+1 year.
