- infrastructure works relating to the development of the ZAC Pyrénia: roads, installation of networks, plantations;

- the development dossier for the ZAC provides for the development of the latter in two phases, called phase 1 and phase 2, each of these two phases being the subject of functional development sections;

- phase 2 is itself divided into two sub-phases, called sub-phase 2.1, and sub-phase 2.2;

- the overall AVP (preliminary draft) of phase 1 has been approved and the work of sub-phase 1-1 has been carried out;

- this operation concerns phase 2 - 2 with AVP and file for carrying out the PRO mission to the AOR mission;

- the share of the financial envelope allocated to the works by the contracting authority amounts to 1,500,000 EUR HT.

The successful tenderer will be given a witness mission (including

AVP-PRO-ACT-VISA-DET-AOR) completed by the mission:

- scheduling, steering, site coordination (OPC), in accordance with articles R. 2431-1 et seq. Of the public order, and of the following additional assistance missions:

—— geotechnical studies necessary for carrying out the work.

As a forecast, the project management mission should start on 1.9.2020.
