Each of the lots of the contract will be awarded according to several criteria, by open procedure and ordinary processing.
Lot 1 - Civil / Patrimonial Liability Insurance Policy.The object of the contract will guarantee the economic consequences derived from the Civil/Patrimonial Liability, general, professional, according to the current regulations of the City Council of Teruel
Lot 2 - Property Damage Insurance Policy.Its purpose is to ensure the economic consequences derived from the losses that the CITY COUNCIL OF TERUEL as policyholder of an insurance policy suffers for damage to the goods listed in Annex I, due to the risks whose inclusion is included in the Technical Specifications
Lot 3 - Machinery breakdown policy.Its purpose is to guarantee by means of a machinery breakdown insurance, the indicated machinery owned by the City Council of Teruel, and that have previously been included or declared in the contract based on the rules established in the Technical Specifications.
Lot 4 - Vehicle fleet policy.The object of the contract is the subscription by the City Council of Teruel of an insurance policy that covers the risks derived from the use and circulation of motor vehicles.
Lot 5 - Accident Insurance Policy.The object of the contract is as follows: "Group accident insurance of several groups of the Hon. City Council of Teruel under the conditions established in this specification and in the specifications of administrative clauses
Lot 6 - Life Insurance Policy.The object of the contract is as follows: "Group life insurance under the conditions established in the technical specifications and in the specifications of administrative clauses".
