The objective of this tender is to enter into a framework agreement with one suitable contractor that can meet the total hiring needs of teachers and other functions by means of temporary employment, secondment and hiring of ZZP.

In summary, this tender includes the following services with estimated values on an annual basis excluding VAT:

- hiring teachers (estimated value: EUR 1 100 000),

- hiring educational support staff in the broadest sense (administrative, facility / ICT and other, estimated value: EUR 100,000),

- hiring strategic (advisory) positions, managers, directors and (school) directors (estimated value: EUR 200,000),

- invigilators (not being volunteers, estimated value: EUR 35,000).
