1. Delivery quantities

The quantities listed in the bill of quantities have been roughly determined on the basis of empirical values. They can be exceeded or undercut. No claims can be asserted if not all quantities used are accepted. The estimated front sentences refer to one year. At the same time, it is defined that the difference between the estimated quantity and the recalled quantity of the materials of the individual items must not exceed 100 %.

2. Placing an order

The client (client) reserves the right to award deliveries separately according to lots. If necessary, individual written orders are placed. The agreed net prices are fixed prices and are valid for a period of at least 12 months. The framework agreement is automatically extended by a further year if the client does not terminate it three months before the end of the first year, even without giving reasons. The agreed net prices then also apply to the following year. The client also reserves the right to have the materials tested by a materials testing institute. If it turns out that the materials and galvanizing do not meet the requirements, the costs incurred will be borne by the contractor (AN).

3. Delivery time

Deliveries must be made no later than 25 working days after the order has been placed by telephone or in writing.

4. Deliveries

The delivery must be made free of charge for each individual order at the depot Elisenstraße 78, 45139 Essen.

5. Warranty

The warranty against corrosion is 5 years.
