The subject of the contract is to make available, service, collect and manage segregated municipal waste delivered by residents of the Lesznowola Commune to the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2024.

The subject of the contract is to make available, service, collect and manage segregated municipal waste delivered by residents of the Lesznowola Commune to the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2024. Provision and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point and management (recovery, recycling and disposal) of selectively collected municipal waste and delivered by the residents of the Lesznowola Commune to PSZOK must take place in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reducing the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste, the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 14 December 2016 on recycling levels, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods of certain fractions of municipal waste, the Provincial Waste Management Plan and the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Lesznowola Municipality.

As part of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to collect and manage any amount of selectively collected municipal waste delivered to PSZOK by residents of the Lesznowola Municipality.
